Meet Dr. Eric Schlesinger
Eric Schlesinger, DDS, MD
Dr. Eric Schlesinger was born and raised in Queens, New York and completed his undergraduate studies at Binghamton University in 2001 with a BS in biology. He was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society. Dr. Schlesinger received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University, where he was a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. Dr. Schlesinger received his M.D. degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in 2008, and completed two years of general surgery residency at Hahnemann University Hospital.
Dr. Schlesinger obtained his specialty training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Drexel University College of Medicine in 2011. He served as chief resident in oral and maxillofacial surgery in 2010-2011 at Hahnemann University Hospital and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. He currently serves as a clinical instructor in the Drexel University College of Medicine Department of Surgery and is double board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Board of Dental Anesthesiology.
Dr. Schlesinger’s clinical interests include dentoalveolar surgery, pediatric oral and maxillofacial surgery, maxillofacial trauma, and office-based anesthesia.
Dr. Schlesinger currently resides in Center City. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and both playing and watching sports.
